Urban Escape Fitness is not your typical gym, our studio has state of the art equipment dynamic instructors, coaches and trainers. If you are looking for a small gym with lots of personal attention to help you meet your fitness goals, this is the place for you. We specializes in large and small group classes, personal training, coaching and training programs. We offer about 30 group fitness classes a week targeting cardio, strength and recovery.
